Klimentina is sought, seen, and performs as a constant thought leader within our design system. Her calming presence and strong facilitation skills are complimented by her natural curiosity. She is grounded and sensible within constraints and requirements, but not limited by them. I'm always impressed with her ability to respond to shifting and often ambiguous goals with a sound mindset and a genuine desire to define priorities and clarify the convoluted. Her attitude toward the work comes from a place of sincerity and helpfulness.
